We charge a standard 15% fee of net rentals. We do offer discounts for more than 1 unit. Example – If a stay is $2200 and the cleaning fee (paid by the renter) was $200. We only charge 15% on the $2000 income not the full $2200. There is also an owners portal fee, but the owner only pays the fee on months they generate income, even though their property is listed and managed for 12 months – most owners only pay 4-5 months of portal fees. The portal fee is $40 per month. The portal is well worth it showing active bookings, revenues, and calendars.
