Paper Towels – 12 rolls

Large Salt / Pepper, Olive oil, cooking spray

Coffee – 2 bags and 20 k-cups

Dish soaps – 2 detergent, 2 – dishwasher tablets, Hand soaps – 2 per bathroom

2 hand soaps per bathroom, 100 trash bags, laundry detergent (2) large, kitchen sink scrubbers (3)

Facial Tissue – 6 boxes, Batteries for remotes – 4 AA, AAA, 2 9V, light bulbs – 4 pack of each light

Type

Ant spray and Bee spray 1 can of each, package off Terro ant traps/poison

Flashlight – with batteries

Furnishing recommendations for Owners:

 

Kitchen:

Full cooking Capabilities but not extra pans – limit hand me downs.

Toaster, Pots, skillets, blender,strainers, pizza pan, cutting boards

Full utensils – steak knives, tongs, pizza cutter, cooking tools, in a container

Tea Kettle / Blender

Coffee set-up – pot and K-cups, Blender (coffee bars extremely popular – spend $ here)

Mugs / glasses / wine glasses / bowls / plates – etc. 20 – 50% more than hosting limit

Refrigerator – Clean – preferably with Ice maker for summer units

Stove – no rust, Microwave

Can opener, measure spoons, mixing bowls, bottle opener, colander

Simple kitchen mat (2) – darker color

Broom / dustpan – stored neatly – hooks

Dish drying rack

Paper towel holder

Oven mitts

Trash bags / sponges / optional – aluminum foil / ziplocs / disposable cups

Bedrooms:

Prefer – Good new mattresses and pillows in protectors (no need for linens if using a service)

Elevated bed frames – no box springs – easier to clean under

Bedlamp / 1 alarm clock

Family units – small dresser per room

Smaller units – luggage racks are fine

Smart Tv in ½ of the rooms

Pack and Play – suggested -not required

USB charging stations on night stands

Night stand for each bed

Limited wall décor – pictures relating to beach or a theme

Full length mirror / waste basket

Extra Bedspread for every bed – example – 4 beds = 8 Bedspreads on site. Replaced yearly if

needed. Not white – preferably a cover with a pattern or darker colors – white gets destroyed easily

If NOT using a linen company – 2/3 sets of linens for each bed, 2/3 sets of kitchen linens, hand,

dishcloths, etc. 2 sets of cotton bathmats. Replaced yearly.

 

Bathrooms:

Hair dryer

Towel / Hand towel bar / Toilet Paper roller

Simple Sink cabinet – room for TP/ hair dryer

1 pack of makeup remover wipes per room

Living room:

No Light color carpets or remnants

Clean sofa with limited pillows

Ottoman – storage of games / sleeper sofa supplies

Large Smart TV (Roku preferred) – cable not necessary – but helps rentals a bit

Chest or shelf / with board games, cards / checkin directions / local recommendatios

Dining room:

Seating for the number of guests the unit holds

Slide protectors on chairs

Décor – beach and or themed – simple not too much, less is more and easier to keep and look clean

 

Outdoors / Other / Optional:

Beach supplies / closet – boogie board, beach cart, umbrella, kids toys, chairs

Bikes 2-4, must have access to a bike pump and a lock with easy code for house – like road name or unit number

Pac and play – many families ask for these Keypad front door as well as owners areas – not easy on bifold doors – flush or french doors are

best

Welcome mat

IF a grill on the property has a grill – extra tank of gas – as well as 2 sets of grilling tools.

Good quality storm / screen / sliding doors – some parts of season guests prefer to leave doors open

Video game set up – older systems are ok – usually for kids to amuse themselves, bean bag chairs

when possible
